Senior Stars at The Grove

The Senior Stars Ministry at The Grove exists to honor, support, and engage older adults in the life of the church by fostering spiritual growth, meaningful fellowship, and service opportunities. Our mission is to provide a community where seniors are valued, encouraged, and equipped to share their wisdom, faith, and gifts. Through worship, discipleship, outreach, and care, we seek to strengthen their relationship with Christ and one another. Although retired, you never retire from the work of our Lord.

What a special day we shared last Sunday as we honored our wonderful Senior Stars!
Our theme, “The Longer I Serve Him, The Sweeter He Grows,” was beautifully reflected throughout the day as we
celebrated the faithfulness, wisdom, and godly example of our senior adults. From the sweet fellowship to the
heartfelt songs, laughter, memories, and time spent together, our hearts were truly blessed.
We are so thankful for each Senior Star and for the legacy of faith they continue to leave for generations to come.
Your love for the Lord and your steadfast service to Him and His church do not go unnoticed.

 Our senior stars enjoyed a wonderful time together in myrtle beach this year! From laughter and fellowship to delicious meals and ocean breezes, every moment was a blessing. It was a trip filled with smiles, sweet memories, and the joy of friends and God’s goodness all around.

With wisdom deep and hearts so true, God's love and light shine bright through you. You've prayed, you've served, you've led with grace-a steady hand, a faithful pace.
Through trials faced and battles won, you've pointed others to the Son.
