SENIOR ADULTS TRIP TO JUBILEE & FARMERS MARKET
On Thursday, July 30th we will be travel to Trinity Baptist Church for the Land of the Sky Jubilee. We will listen to preaching by Evangelist Tyler Blue and Pastor Daniel Buchanan before having lunch at the church. There is no cost for this event. After lunch, we will stop by the WNC Farmer’s Market to shop before heading home. Please sign up at the Welcome Center if you are planning on attending. Make sure to eat breakfast before arriving at church. We will be leaving the church at 8:00 am.
GIRLS FOR JESUS
The Girls for Jesus are going to “The Green’s Nursing Home” on Thursday, July 30th during their worship service. We will be singing and visiting with the residents. If you would like to attend, please sign up at the Welcome Center. We will be leaving the church at 4:15pm and returning TBA. Please see Jada for any questions.

BINGO NIGHT FUNDRAISER AT THE GROVE!
Join us for a BINGO night Friday August 14 from 6:00pm-8:00pm at the Upper Fellowship Hall as we raise funds for Triple C's At The Grove! We will have food and snacks available for purchase, raffle drawings, and prizes for our bingo winners! Bingo card packets are available for purchase now! Packets include 3 BINGO cards per person for 10 rounds of BINGO, they are $20 each! Please sign up at the Welcome Center or our events page on the Winkler's Grove Website to reserve your cards! Also, you can place your money in and envelope and place it in the church ministry box located at the Welcome Center. Seats are limited so be sure to sign up now!
CHILDREN’S CLOTHING DRIVE FOR OUR LOCAL SCHOOLS
Below is a list of what is needed for the Children’s Clothing Drive.
∙Biggest need is Underwear (both genders and all sizes).
∙Bottoms that have elastic (shorts, leggings, sweat pants) in all sizes. (Some kids with special needs are still in pull ups so this makes it easier for them to get changed)
∙T-shirts all sizes
If you are able to help with the children’s clothing drive, please place these items at the Welcome Center or you can drop them by the church office during office hours. Thank you!
OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD SHOEBOXES
The suggested items for your Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes for July are: Clothing, shoes, and socks.
Watch for those Independence Day Sales.
Also, they are in need of the following:
9 small balls (boys)
4 kazoos or harmonicas (boy & girls)
12 small notebooks
If you can purchase any of these items, please put them in the Welcome Center or you can drop them off at the church office
during office hours. Thank you

Everyone that is going on the Bryson City Day Train Trip - Thursday, October 29th - your final payment is due on Saturday, August 16th. You can place your money in an “Event Envelope” and place it in the Church Ministry Box located at the Welcome Center. Thank you!
