CHURCH-WIDE ICE CREAM SOCIAL
We will be having a Church-wide Ice Cream Social Tonight in the upper fellowship hall following our evening worship service. Please join us. Everyone is welcome!

We invite all young ladies ages 8-16 for our Bible Study. We will be meeting right after the morning service Sunday, July 19th -12-3:30pm in the lower fellowship hall. Lunch will be provided. We look forward to seeing you all!
OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD SHOEBOXES
The suggested items for your Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes for July are: Clothing, shoes, and socks.
Watch for those Independence Day Sales.
Also, they are in need of the following:
9 small balls (boys)
4 kazoos or harmonicas(boys & girls)
12 small notebooks
If you can purchase any of these items, please put them in the Welcome Center or you can drop them off at the church office during office hours. Thank you!

Get in the Groove.......With the“Grove Youth Summer Fun Events”
All youth ages 8 and up are invited to come join the fun. Mark your calendar & sign up today at the Welcome Center. We will be meeting for these events in the Lower Fellowship Hall.

Get ready for an evening full of fun, laughter, and colorful competition!

Join us for our Kingdom Crew Color Race Relay! Come ready to run, laugh, and get covered in color as we race through exciting relay challenges.
What to Wear:
Old clothes and shoes (they will get colorful!)
A white T-shirt is preferred so the colors really show.
Invite a friend and come prepared for an unforgettable night of fun! We can't wait to see you there!
Sat. Aug. 22 - 10am - 2pm: - The Kingdom Crew Family Finale

SENIOR ADULTS TRIP TO JUBILEE & FARMERS MARKET
On Thursday, July 30th we will be travel to Trinity Baptist Church for the Land of the Sky Jubilee. We will listen to preaching by Evangelist Tyler Blue and Pastor Daniel Buchanan before having lunch at the church. There is no cost for this event. After lunch, we will stop by the WNC Farmer’s Market to shop before heading home. Please sign up at the Welcome Center if you are planning on attending. Make sure to eat breakfast before arriving at church. We will be leaving church at 8:00 am.

BINGO NIGHT FUNDRAISER AT THE GROVE!
Join us for a BINGO night Friday August 14 from 6:00pm-8:00pm at the Upper Fellowship Hall as we raise funds for Triple C's At The Grove! We will have food and snacks available for purchase, raffle drawings, and prizes for our bingo winners! Bingo card packets are available for purchase now! Packets include 3 BINGO cards per person for 10 rounds of BINGO, they are $20 each! Please sign up at our events page on the Winkler's Grove Website to reserve your cards! Seats are limited so be sure to sign up now!
ATTENTION CHILDREN, YOUTH WORKERS & SECURITY TEAM
If you help with our children and/or youth in anyway including the nursery - we are updating our records and ensuring every children’s and youth worker has completed a current background check. If you have not yet completed yours, please stop by the church Welcome Center to pick up a copy. There is a 1 hour video that is required to be completed in order to work with our children and youth in our church. Also, if you never received our Child Safety Policies Booklet, please contact the church office to receive a copy or we can email you a copy. Please fill the new form out and return it to the Church Ministry Box by A.S.A.P. If you have any questions, please see Paula Farr or Christie Brown. Thank you!
CHILDREN’S CLOTHING DRIVE FOR OUR LOCAL SCHOOLS
Below is a list of what is needed for the Children’s Clothing Drive.
∙Biggest need is Underwear (both genders and all sizes).
∙Bottoms that have elastic (shorts, leggings, sweat pants) in all sizes. (Some kids with special needs are still in pull ups so this makes it easier for them to get changed)
∙T-shirts all sizes
If you are able to help with the children’s clothing drive for children, please place these items at the Welcome Center or you can drop them by the church office during office hours. Thank you!
BACK TO SCHOOL BLESSING SHOWER FOR JESSICA FLOWERS
You’re invited to a “Back to School Blessing Shower for Jessica Flowers on Thursday, July 23rd from 6pm -8pm in the upper fellowship hall. She is starting a new journey as a 1st Grade Teacher.
