SENIOR STARS BEACH TRIP
It’s time to sign up for the Senior Stars Beach Trip. It will be Monday, September 21st - 25th. The cost will be $465.00 per person for Senior Adults. If you are not a Senior Adult (62+) or not a member, the cost will be $600.00. Your $100.00 deposit is due TODAY. Your final payment will be due Sunday, August 23rd. Please sign up at the Welcome Center. Please put your money in an envelope and place it in the Church Ministry Box.
BRYSON CITY TRAIN RIDE WITH TRIPLE C'S:
Just a reminder! If you are attending the Triple C’s fun weekend away to ride the Bryson City Train. Bryson City Train Ride: Friday September 18th and Saturday September 19th, please place a non-refundable 50% deposit no later than TODAY - June 28th to secure your ticket. You can pay online with the QR-Code or you can place your money in an envelope and place in the Ministry Box located at the Welcome Center.
CHILDREN & YOUTH PUTT-PUTTING & SWEET FROGS
The children and youth K- 12th grade will be going Putt-Putting and getting ice cream from Sweet Frogs on Saturday, July 11th from 2pm-5pm. NO cost. Please sign up at the Welcome Center if you will be attending.
CHURCH-WIDE ICE CREAM SOCIAL
We will be having a Church-wide Ice Cream Social on Sunday, July 12th following our evening worship service in the upper fellowship hall. Please join us! All are welcome!!

OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD SHOEBOXES
For June, the suggested items for your Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes are: Quality Toys. Try to find a “Wow!” item with which to bless a child!
SENIOR ADULTS TRIP TO JUBILEE & FARMERS MARKET
On Thursday, July 30th we will be traveling to Trinity Baptist Church for the Land of the Sky Jubilee. We will listen to preaching by Evangelist Tyler Blue and Pastor Daniel Buchanan before having lunch at the church. There is no cost for this event. After lunch, we will stop by the WNC Farmer’s Market to shop before heading home. Please sign up at the Welcome Center if you are planning on attending. Make sure to eat breakfast before arriving at church. We will be leaving church at 8:00 am.

BINGO NIGHT FUNDRAISER AT THE GROVE!
Join us for a BINGO night Friday August 14th from 6:00pm-8:00pm at the upper fellowship hall to fundraise for Triple C's At The Grove!
We will have food and snacks available for purchase, raffle drawings, and prizes for our bingo winners! Bingo card packets are available for purchase now! Packets include 3 BINGO cards per person for 10 rounds of BINGO, they are $20 each! Please sign up at our events page on the Winkler's Grove Website to reserve your cards! Seats are limited so be sure to sign up now!
ATTENTION CHILDREN, YOUTH WORKERS & SECURITY TEAM
If you help with our children and/or youth in anyway including the nursery - we are in the process of updating our records and we need an updated background check for anyone that works with children 17 and under. We have new forms located at the Welcome Center that need to be filled out. There is a 1 hour video that is required to be completed in order to work with our children and youth in our church. Also, if you never received our Child Safety Policies Booklet, please contact the church office to receive a copy or we can email you a copy. Please fill the new form out and return it to the Church Ministry Box by A.S.A.P. If you have any questions, please see Paula Farr or Christie Brown. Thank you!

Below is a list of what is needed for the Children’s Clothing Drive.
∙Biggest need is Underwear (both genders and all sizes).
∙Bottoms that have elastic (shorts, leggings, sweat pants) in all sizes. (Some kids with special needs are still in pull ups so this makes it easier for them to get changed)
∙T-shirts all sizes
If you are able to help with the children’s clothing drive for children, please place these items at the Welcome Center or you can drop them by the church office during office hours. Thank you!
