HARVEST JUBILEE
Our annual “Harvest Jubilee” starts Today - November 6th , 2025. Please invite family and friends and co-workers.
MARRIAGE RETREAT WITH THE GROVE!
Disconnect to Reconnect within your marriage with Winkler's Grove at Ridgecrest Conference center in Black Mountain, North Carolina Friday, February 6th - Sunday, February 8th. The cost of the weekend will be $250 per couple. If you are interested in attending this event, please sign up at the Welcome Center. Also, you can place your non-refundable deposit of $150.00 in an event envelope and place it in the Church Ministry Box (white box) located in Welcome Center. Or it can be submitted on Subsplash giving - with a note added "Marriage Retreat" no later than December 15th.
MARRIAGE RETREAT MEETING
There will be an Marriage Retreat informative meeting on Sunday, November 9th following the morning worship service for more details about this event. Please make plans to attend. All couples are invited.
CHICKEN PIE SALE
The Senor Adults are selling home-made Chicken Pies for $15.00 each. If you would like to purchase any they will be available to purchase and pick up on Sunday, November 16th immediately following the morning worship service at the upper fellowship hall. First come first serve. This is a fund-raiser for our senior adult ministry.
MEMBER’S CANCER LIST

YARD WORK FUND-RAISER
The Youth are having a “Yard Work Fund-rasier” on Saturday, November 8th & Saturday, November 22nd. If you would be interested in supporting our youth with this project, please see Bro. Clint Berry for more details. Sign up at the Welcome Center. Limited spots available.
GIRLS FOR JESUS FALL DAY
Girls for Jesus Fall Day will be Saturday, November 15th from 4pm – 8pm at Jada’s home (3615 Hawthrone Drive, Hildebran, NC 28637. Join us for some fall fun! Dinner will be provided. If you would like to bring a dessert, please see Jada.
THANKSGIVING MEALS FOR SHUT-INS
*The Senior Adults will be preparing Thanksgiving Meals on Tuesday, November 25th for our shut-ins.
*We have a list of items needed for these meals at the Welcome Center. Some items will need to be here by Wednesday, November 19th and some will need to brought by Sunday, November 23rd to the upper fellowship hall. Please sign up at the Welcome Center.
*Also, if you know of anyone that is a shut-in that would like a meal, you will need to sign them up at the Welcome Center. You will need to pick up the meal by 1pm at the fellowship hall and deliver it yourself.
DELIVERY WORKERS NEEDED
We are needing people to deliver meals to our shut-ins. If you are interested, please sign up at the Welcome Center. You will need to be at the upper fellowship hall on Tuesday, November 23rd by 1pm.
OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD SHOEBOXES
For October, the suggested items for your Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes are: A Letter & Photo. A brief letter and a picture of yourself is often the most valued part of children’s shoeboxes!
*Remember: Please bring your filled OCC shoeboxes to the Welcome Center or the OCC bin at the crossover area no later then November 23rd.
WOMEN'S CONFERENCE-VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
We are beginning to plan for our Women's Conference which will be on Saturday, February 28, 2026. If you are able to help, please sign up at the Welcome Center. We will need lots of volunteers to help prior to the event and on the day of the event. We will have a meeting at a later time to discuss more details.
